Bedford-Stuyvesant Mixed-Use Building Sold By Massey Knakal

A mixed-use building at 307 Lewis Avenue (a.k.a. 567 Jefferson Avenue), located on the northeast corner of Lewis and Jefferson Avenues within the Shops of Lewis Avenue commercial corridor in Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood, was sold in a transaction valued at $660,000.

The four-story property is approximately 6,785 square feet and sits on a 23’ x 65’ lot.  The property has six apartments over a large retail space and a four-car garage extension.  The sale price equates to approximately $97 per square foot.

“The SoLa corridor offers retail options for some of Bedford-Stuyvesant’s nicest historic homes.  Investors are naturally drawn to this charming corridor’s appeal to both residential and retail tenants,” said Massey Knakal First Vice President of Sales Michael Amirkhanian who exclusively handled this transaction.

Massey Knakal specializes in the sale of investment and user properties in the New York Metropolitan area. Since 1988, our agents have closed over 4,200 transactions having a market value in excess of $15 billion.
