     CARY, NC (October 6, 2015) - Rod N. Santomassimo, author of the best-selling "Brokers Who Dominate," and Founder and President of North America's leading consulting and coaching firm, The Massimo Group, will host a free webinar based on his newly released book "Commercial Real Estate Teams Built to Dominate" on Wednesday, October 14, 2015, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
 
     During the hour-long session, Santomassimo will offer some of the lessons he learned by profiling some of the most successful groups in real estate, as well as the scientific theory behind creating a team.
 
   "Over the two years I researched 'Teams Built to Dominate,' I learned the most successful share a cooperative approach that allows each individual to perform to the best of his or her ability in support of the group goal," says Santomassimo.      The webinar is being held just two days after the October 12th publication of "Commercial Real Estate Teams Built to Dominate," a follow-up to Santomassimo's 2011  "Brokers Who Dominate." Published by Domus Publishing and available in hardcover and electronic form, "Teams Built to Dominate" profiles some of the most successful teams in real estate, describing how they created their unique structures and systems to maximize their success.
