Press Release brought to you by The Massimo Group

Author of newly released book "Commercial Real Estate Teams Built to Dominate"
will discuss lessons learned at 12 noon Eastern Daylight Time

     CARY, NC (October 6, 2015) - Rod N. Santomassimo, author of the best-selling "Brokers Who Dominate," and Founder and President of North America's leading consulting and coaching firm, The Massimo Group, will host a free webinar based on his newly released book "Commercial Real Estate Teams Built to Dominate" on Wednesday, October 14, 2015, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
     During the hour-long session, Santomassimo will offer some of the lessons he learned by profiling some of the most successful groups in real estate, as well as the scientific theory behind creating a team.
   "Over the two years I researched 'Teams Built to Dominate,' I learned the most successful share a cooperative approach that allows each individual to perform to the best of his or her ability in support of the group goal," says Santomassimo. "But each approaches that in a different way. I'm looking forward to giving my viewers a sample of what I develop in more detail in the book."
     The webinar is being held just two days after the October 12th publication of "Commercial Real Estate Teams Built to Dominate," a follow-up to Santomassimo's 2011  "Brokers Who Dominate." Published by Domus Publishing and available in hardcover and electronic form, "Teams Built to Dominate" profiles some of the most successful teams in real estate, describing how they created their unique structures and systems to maximize their success.
     The teams profiled are:
  • Harkov-Lewis, New York City;
  • Condon McGregor of Colliers International, Seattle;
  • Commcap Advisors, Las Vegas;
  • Investment Services Group, Las Vegas;
  • Net Leased Investment Group of Coldwell Banker Commercial, Austin Texas;
  • Team Nelson of Cushman & Wakefield, New York City;
  • Mason Retail Group, Baltimore;
  • Ashley-Hollis of Cushman & Wakefield, Atlanta;
  • Wosnack Hartum, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada;
  • SVN-Miller of SVN, Maryland and Delaware; and
  • Coppola-Cheney of Lee & Associates, Phoenix. bd79cc4c-bee2-4086-baeb-51f4620f9e76.jpg
     "Teams Built to Dominate" will be available in hardcover through for $24.99. An e-book will be available for $9.99. In addition, all who purchase the hardcover book during the week of October 12 will have access to additional bonus material.
     Santomassimo spent two years researching this latest work, even as he continued to grow his own firm, The Massimo Group. Founded in 2008 to provide a formal program of personal coaching to commercial real estate brokers of all levels of experience, The Massimo Group has recently expanded the company's services to include consulting on customized solutions regarding recruitment, hiring and management; staff restructuring; and succession and acquisition strategies. In addition, these services are now offered beyond the brokerage community to property management, mortgage brokerage and other real estate-related companies. The firm's clients include representatives from a majority of the most successful companies in the business, including CBRE, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, JLL, Lee & Associates, Marcus & Millichap, and many more regional and local firms.
     Earlier this year, the firm introduced Massimobile, a private app for clients that works with their proprietary diagnostic, goal and pipeline tools. In addition, Santomassimo and real estate thought leader (and Massimo Group coach) Bo Barron have just launched Massimo University, an online platform offering high-impact courses specific to the CRE industry and focused on building personal and team business.
