Auctions by ATG Announces June 25 Multi-Property, Online Auction


Diverse 16 property lot includes golf course, single-family home, bank-owned commercial condos and more

Chicago, Ill. (June 18, 2014)—An 18-hole golf course; a two-building, 16-unit multi-family  complex;  a unique commercial redevelopment opportunity; and two reserved parking spaces are among the 16 properties in four states that Auctions by ATG is featuring in an online auction on June 25.

Following is a summary of some of the featured properties in the auction:

Chestnut Hills Golf Course—this fully-functioning 18-hole golf course sits on 176 acres in Arcadia, Michigan, between Bear Lake and Crystal Mountain. This property offers a wide range of opportunities, from remaining as a golf course operation (extensive maintenance equipment is included with the purchase) to serving as a redevelopment. The suggested opening bid is $300,000. The sale is subject to meeting an unpublished reserve price.

Bank-owned office condominiums—two units, one 6,442 square feet and the other 3,739 square feet with private entrances are in move-in condition. Located within the Hamilton Lakes Business Park in Itasca, Ill., each unit features ample parking (20 spaces), private offices, break room, general offices and reception areas. Unit 150, the largest of the two, is being sold subject to a minimum bid of $525,000. Unit 154 is being sold subject to a minimum bid of $295,000.

Single-family home—a three bedroom, two bathroom home in the desirable River West/Goose Island area of Chicago. The home features two decks, new hardwood floors, granite countertops, an attached garage and remarkable skyline views. It is being sold subject to a minimum bid of $599,000.

Multi-family complex—the complex features two multi-family buildings with each having eight, two-bedroom apartments. The average rental rate per unit is approximately $690. The complex is in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, near the Illinois and Wisconsin boarder, 10 miles East of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

Office/retail building—this 2,085 building on West 79th Street in Chicago is in move-in condition. The property originally was built out with nine offices/private rooms, a large reception area, kitchen and two bathrooms. It is ideal for a medical office, spa facility or day care center, among other uses. The minimum bid is $95,000 and the reserve price is unpublished.

The bidding process is quick and easy:

Before the auction-- Pre-auction bids are accepted via e-mail. All pre-auction bids received will be communicated to the seller who has the sole and absolute discretion to accept or reject such bids. Some properties will sell via pre-auction bid and, as a result, will not be available on auction day. Auctions by ATG will contact the winning bidders on auction day.
