Andrew Posil Joins Massey Knakal Realty Services As A Hospitality Sales Agent
Massey Knakal Realty Services is pleased to announce that Andrew Posil will join the firm as a Director of Sales, Hospitality. This specialty territory will cover the hospitality sector of the New York metro area.
“Massey Knakal is excited to be entering into the hospitality brokerage business because it is a natural extension of our core investment sales business. We’ve succeeded in having New York City’s #1 market share due to a foundation of representing sellers with a territory focus. This gives us superior expertise in underwriting and execution which results in achieving the highest sales price for our client,” said Paul J. Massey Jr., CEO. “This move is perfectly in alignment with our other forays into mortgage brokerage and retail leasing,” added Massey.
Andrew earned his Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law. He earned a Masters of Science degree in Real Estate from John Hopkins University’s Carey School of Business, and was a member of the JHU’s NCAA championship men’s lacrosse team.
