Andrea’s Dining Room Appoints New Executive Chef
LONG VALLEY, NEW JERSEY (December 9, 2014)—Andrea’s Dining Room, the newly renovated fine dining Italian restaurant of Restaurant Village at Long Valley, today announced its appointed Chef Daniel Devino as the new executive chef.
Having studied abroad in Italy at culinary institutes in Parma, Ferraro and Lecce, Chef Daniel Devino learned the true artistry of cooking from several masters in this country known for its legendary chefs and cuisine. Under the guidance of Chef David Felton and Chef Martin Kester, Chef Devino spent three years at Ninety Acres Culinary Center in Peapack-Gladstone, New Jersey. He also served at the Frog & Peach in New Brunswick, New Jersey and graduated from The Art Institute of New York.
