Alexander Coffey Joins NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co.
FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA – June 7, 2016 - NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co., a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, is pleased to announce the addition of Alexander Coffey, as a Commercial Associate. A third-generation Floridian, Alexander comes from a family with long-term ties to Florida agriculture, commercial real estate and development. As a result, he has firsthand knowledge of the local real estate industry. Mr. Coffey’s experience in commercial real estate includes office buildings, land listings, multi-unit development sales, and property management.
Serving as an appointed member of the Fort Lauderdale Community Appearance Advisory Board, Alexander is tasked to recognize exemplary development and preservation practices in the city. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors.
Mr. Coffey’s efforts in the community began early, and while still in college Alexander created The Thanksgiving Project which has provided hundreds of turkeys for families associated with the Boys and Girls Club and also began Christmas for the Kids which has provided gifts for hundreds of families during the holiday season. Back here at home, his extensive community involvement was recognized and honored by the City of Fort Lauderdale issuing a proclamation dedicating a day in his honor.
Mr. Coffey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and stays active by serving as Alumni Relations Advisor for the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.
