Formerly Known as The Metropolitan, Luxury Apartment Community Undergoes Multi-Phase Renovation
Advance Realty today unveiled the new branding for The Bexley, an upscale residential and retail building located at 1300 Clinton Street.
Previously known as The Metropolitan, The Bexley has launched leasing for its newly renovated apartments, which feature brand new flooring, kitchen cabinets, appliances and bathrooms. Advance, which purchased the property earlier this year, is completing the apartment upgrades as part of a multi-phase renovation, which also includes the modernization of the lobbies and common area hallways, resident club lounge, business center, package room and outdoor courtyard.
