Advance Realty Announces Three Tenant Expansions at Metro East Office Park
Lease Signings Total More Than 12,000 Square Feet
LANDOVER, Md. (July 10, 2012) — Advance Realty, a leading Northeast U.S. owner and developer of Class A office, mixed-use and flex-space properties, today announced the completion of three lease transactions at Metro East Office Park, a eight-building office park totaling approximately 450,000 square feet in Landover, Md.
- SAIC, a FORTUNE 500 scientific, engineering and technology applications company, has signed a 4,312-square-foot lease, expanding its space at 8400 Corporate Drive. A five-story, 149,170-square-foot building, 8400 Corporate Drive is a Class A facility that is located directly off of the Capital Beltway and Route 50. Amanda Davis of Jones Lang LaSalle represented SAIC in the transaction.
- Rehab at Work, Inc., a physical therapy and industrial rehabilitation company, has renewed its lease at 8200 Professional Place, expanding to 5,227 square feet at the one-story, 28,601-square-foot building, which features a courtyard and a lobby with private entrances into each tenant suite.
- Construction firm Clark Construction has signed a 2,857-square-foot lease, expanding its space at 8100 Professional Place, a three-story, 55,4730-square-foot building that features renovated, two-story lobby with Class A finishes including granite and millwork.

Advance Realty also announced that two new tenants have taken occupancy of their new spaces at Metro East Office Park this month. Business and technology solutions provider HeiTech Services moved into its 21,000-square foot space at 8400 Corporate Drive, while Accenture Federal Services, a company that works with U.S. federal clients to define and implement business solutions, moved into its 6,596-square-foot space at 8100 Professional Place.
Located in Prince George’s County, Metro East Business Campus is within walking distance to the New Carrollton Train Station, which is serviced by Metrorail, Amtrak and MARC. It is close to Route 50, the Capital Beltway (I-495) and the IRS Regional Headquarters.This location also provides tenants with easy access to key transportation routes and daily conveniences near Route 28, I-66 and the Dulles Greenway.
