Investors Projected to Receive Average Annual Returns of 9-11%
Acquire Real Estate, a leader in pre-funded real estate crowdfunding, recently partnered with Albany Road Real Estate Partners to sell out a $267,500 investment opportunity in the Atlanta Diversified Portfolio, a four-property office and industrial portfolio located throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area.
The portfolio, which was purchased by Albany Road Real Estate Partners for $41.2 million in 2015, totals over 371,000 square feet and is projected to generate average annual returns of between 9 and 11 percent for investors.

Over 20 individual investors invested in the crowdfunding opportunity through the Acquire platform. Average investments ranged from $3,000 to over $100,000.

The $267,500 crowdfunding opportunity was fully pre-funded by Acquire Real Estate, which enabled its investors to begin earning returns almost immediately after investing. According to Acquire, the investment is already delivering on its targeted returns. The Atlanta Diversified Portfolio is presently 96% occupied and features a strong mix of national, credit tenants. The portfolio is comprised of a single Class A office building—1200 Ashwood Parkway—and three fully occupied industrial buildings: 1155 Roberts Boulevard, 1965 Vaughn Road and 4955 Avalon Ridge Parkway.
