ACCORDIA ANNOUNCES 20,000 SF of LEASING AT RIVER DRIVE II
FAIRFIELD, NJ: Accordia Realty Ventures, announced the signing of two new leases totaling over 20,000 s.f. at its River Drive II property. River Drive II is an 84,000 square foot, class “A” office facility located adjacent to Interstate 80 in Elmwood Park, NJ.
Keyence Corporation of America will be re locating its US headquarters to River Drive from Woodcliff Lake. Based in Japan, Keyence is a world leader in supplying sensors and measuring instruments . They develop and manufacture innovative and reliable products that serve every manufacturing industry. With its Global Headquarters located in Osaka, Japan, Keyence has been named one of Business Week’s “1000 Best Valued Companies”.
Tommy Piret of Keyence stated “We are making the move to River Drive II because of the incredible convenience that the site offers with immediate access to Rt 80, Rt 46 and the Garden State Parkway.”
In a second transaction, Emerson Ried & Co. a part of US Insurance Industries (USI) will locate its regional offices at River Drive II. Founded in 1974, Emerson, Reid & Co. Inc. is a wholesale only distributor of group employee benefit products through third party agents and brokers. Emerson Reid manages over $2.5 billion in insured premiums, 200,000 covered medical lives, and 7,200 group disability policies. Emerson Reid has offices in Southern Connecticut, Downstate New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
