ABS Partners Facilitates $87 Million Sale of Premier Soho Property
New York, NY (May 25, 2012)– ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC announced today that they advised on the $87 million sale of 525 Broadway, a 45,000 square-foot, 8-story red brick building located on the southwest corner of Broadway and Spring Street in Soho.
