ABS Partners Completes Triple-Net Retail Deal in East Harlem



NEW YORK, N.Y. (September 21, 2012)ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC, one of New York City’s foremost real estate services firms, announced today that the firm has completed a triple-net (NNN) lease transaction for a 6,000-square-foot retail space at 2033 Third Avenue in East Harlem, N.Y.


S&N Discount, Inc. will occupy 5,000 square feet on the ground floor and 1,000 square feet of basement space in the single-story building that is located between East 111th and 112th Streets.


Mark Tergesen, Managing Director of Retail Leasing for ABS, represented the Landlord, while

Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF) Director Young Kim represented the Tenant.


"The site is well-positioned within Harlem’s Third Avenue retail corridor which benefits from traffic driven from national tenants such as McDonalds and numerous established local tenants,” said Tergesen.   


The discount store will occupy the largest store between 111th and 116th streets.
