ABS Completes Lease in Landmark SoHo Office Site
NEW YORK, N.Y. (May 30, 2012)ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC, one of New York City’s foremost real estate services firms, announced today that Magus Entertainment has signed a lease to occupy space at 40 Wooster Street, a landmark office asset in the heart of Soho.
The full-service management company, which represents both high-profile recording artists and a number of mixers and producers, will take possession of the space on June 1 and is relocating from 158 West 23rd Street.

Magus Entertainment Founder and CEO, Wendy Laister, said that the firm selected 40 Wooster for numerous reasons.
