The 12th RealShare Net Lease Conference Series Is Coming To NYC
Seminar to play host to over 400 commercial real estate professionals
New York (March 6, 2014) – The RealShare Conference Series is announcing today that registration is now open for the 12th RealShare Net Lease conference. The full-day event will take place on April 2 between 8:00 A.M and 5:30 P.M. at the Convene, located on 730 3rd Avenue. There will also be a pre-event cocktail reception on April 1 from 6-8 P.M. at The Kimberly Hotel.
The event will bring together over 400 commercial real estate professionals from across the sector. Aside from serving as a forum for a comprehensive industry learning experience, RealShare Conferences also provide attendees with more networking opportunities, which in turn lead to more meaningful business connections. Last year’s event drew an audience of over 200 senior-level executives, represented by more than 100 firms active in the net lease transaction cycle nationwide.
The conference is designed to deliver informative panel discussions that will cover subjects such as the national net lease landscape, sale-leaseback transactions and 1031 exchange market across different property types. Some specific topics that will be covered include: a capital markets update, a focus on net leases across the different property sectors and the outlook for REITs in 2014. Nicholas Schorsch, chairman and CEO of American Realty Capital, will serve as the event’s Keynote Speaker.
