As a Broker you will participate in market and site analyses, transaction management, negotiations and financial analysis and generating marketing materials. Roles & Responsibilities: 
  • Read and understand contracts such as real estate proposals, leases and commission agreements
  • Create and format proposals, presentations, correspondence and RFPs using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Draft Letters of Intent, Listing Agreements, Purchase and Sale Agreement, Commission Letters and other related documents
  • Research industries, companies and potential deals by creatively sourcing information from available databases
  • Attend business-related events for networking opportunities.
  • Develop new business through research, networking, cold calling and face-to-face meetings
  • Generate leads and present qualified Broker Opinions of Value
  • Manage the client’s expectations throughout the sales and exchange process
  • Negotiate transactions including offer letters and assist Transaction Team in facilitating the closing process on behalf of clients
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and stock news on tenants
  • Pull comparisons and market analysis data
  • Present a professional image that mirrors that of the client
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Desired Qualifications & Skills : 
  • A passion for building a business, a personal sense of urgency, and the capacity to overcome obstacles
  • Team oriented and excited to work in a collaborative work environment
  • Ability to understand statistics and leasing information; highlighting benefits, such as, location, surrounding area, transportation, access, neighbors, building systems and services, amenities, occupancy history, owner performance, tenant satisfaction, and security
  • Acquire a Real Estate License within 3 months
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Research skills and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional computer skills, Excel, Word, Office Suite
  • BA/BS in business, marketing or accounting
