Showcase: New and Preconstruction Projects in Aventura

In this blog, I'd like to share with you the new pre-construction residential projects I like the most in the Aventura area. Aventura is a city in the northern reaches of Miami-Dade County. Once seen more as a retirement community, Aventura has revitalized itself and now attracts a younger demographic as well. Conveniently located close to beaches, and equidistant between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, it is an attractive location for people who need easy access to both locations. Let's explore these projects below: 

Echo Aventura

Echo Aventura condos features just 190 units, custom designed residences and carefully appointed with hand selected flooring. Each residence offers an unprecedented level of efficiency with a smart home technology experience. Condos are fully integrated with whole-house audio, video, lighting and automation system controlled via Apple devices and the Savant Systems. All units have their own private elevators, private services, and water views. There are 18 penthouses in total, which come with their very own plunge pools.  Thanks to Echo’s prominent location, you can enjoy unobstructed waterfront views from the 500 sq. ft. balconies. Other amenities include 24-hour valet, spa service, 24-hour security, infinity pool overlooking the bay, and 5 star concierge services. Echo Aventura is set to be finished in 2015, with prices ranging from  $1,000,000 - $3,200,000. 

Privé Island 

Set on 8 acres with 160 residences, Privé has the space to offer its residents the perfect island setting. Two 15-story towers, with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, plus exclusive penthouses. Featuring open floor plan layouts, each residence offers dramatic views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Condos have access via private road, attended gatehouse, and private bridge full-service valet, Five-star concierge, 24-hour security, in-home service and light catering available during certain hours, Beach-entry pool, North-South lap pool, outdoor whirlpool, lighted tennis court, jogging trail, private jetty for guest boat landing, and a fishing private marina with boat slips available for purchase. The following features & amenities are contained in both Privé towers: Two-story, 10,000-square-foot gym/spa containing: men’s and women’s steam and sauna massage treatment rooms, aerobic & cardiovascular equipment, weight facility fitness studio, social room with billiards, board games, HD television, private dining room with dining terrace, wine cellar, and tasting room cigar lounge. Unit sizes range from 2,585 to over 9,000 square feet Average unit size is approximately 3,400 square feet, with 80 units per building with 10-foot ceilings, 10-foot-deep balconies, floor-to-ceiling glass on all exterior walls. Penthouse units have private rooftops and pools, Intracoastal, bay, and ocean views. Units are spacious with open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas and have private elevator access. Prices start at $1.98 Million and expected date of completion is early 2015.   

Bellini Williams Island

Bellini is a luxury condominium occupying Williams Island’s last remaining residential site.  The 24-story elliptical style condominium offers only 70 private residences, 4 units per floor. Each is a corner unit which consists of 2,600- 4,955 sq. ft. of living space, 3 or 4 bedrooms and each unit conveniently comes with its own private elevator. Bellini was completed in May of this year, with prices ranging from  $1,450,000 - $5,000,000
