The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) announced it will host its Fall Kick-Off Event, the Technology “Disruption” of Commercial Real Estate on Wednesday, October 21st at the Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel in Iselin, N.J. The event is also part of NYC Real Estate Tech Week 2015, a series of real estate technology-focused events.

The discussion will be led by Mr. Aaron Block, co-founder and president of MetaProp-NYC, a new investment business that focuses on investing in new technology-driven real estate businesses. Mr. Block is a former director and partner of Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko in Moscow; and former senior managing director of Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago.
