On Monday, March 28h, the Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA), will host its 24th annual Developer’s Night event at the Marriott at Glenpointe Hotel in Teaneck, N.J. A panel of distinguished developers will discuss their visions and strategies in today’s commercial real estate environment in N.J.
The event begins with cocktails and networking from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., followed by a buffet dinner and panel presentation. A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to the Monmouth University Kislak Real Estate Institute Scholarship Fund.
“IOREBA’s Developer’s Night is one of the commercial real estate industry’s most popular events, and this year’s panel of speakers will not disappoint,” stated Rob DiLeo, 2015-2016 president of IOREBA and principal of NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. “Our panel will give us an insight into strategies from both a private and public developer’s perspective,” he added.
