The landscape continues to change for professionals involved in financial services, particularly in the financial regulatory arena. Riker Danzig’s attorneys will explain the effects of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010, with particular attention on the creation of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. We will also analyze the CFPB’s recent enforcement actions with a focus on kickbacks, affiliated business arrangements and marketing service agreements.
