Urban Land Institute (ULI)

The Urban Land Institute (ULI), headquartered in Washington, D.C., is a global, nonprofit education and research institute supported by its members. The mission of ULI is to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide.

Established in 1936, the Institute has more than 32,000 members worldwide representing all aspects of land use and development disciplines. Industry professionals represented include developers, builders, property owners, investors, architects, public officials, planners, real estate brokers, appraisers, attorneys, engineers, financiers, academics, students and librarians. ULI has offices in Hong Kong and London, which serve its members throughout Asia and Europe respectively.
