These individuals represent building ownership, professional property management firms, professional service providers and contract services, including construction, cleaning services, security services, elevator maintenance and more than 40 other categories of specialty services. Our members have 24-hour-a-day responsibility for the safety, physical well-being and security of hundreds of thousands of employees housed in the office buildings, office parks and other facilities managed by this industry.
